Within this dashboard, you’ll find a variety of tools and features designed to streamline your experience. One of these features allows you to easily create a meeting room where you can host discussions, presentations, or collaborative sessions. Simply navigate to the designated section in your dashboard, and with just a few clicks, you’ll have your meeting room up and running, ready for productive interactions with your team or clients.

Make a room

In a virtual office, you can create an environment entirely to your liking, similar to a physical office, but digital. Using special software, you can create different rooms, such as meeting rooms for consultation with your team or colleagues, or private rooms for one-on-one conversations.

In these virtual rooms, you can collaborate, communicate and exchange ideas as if you were physically together, but from any location with Internet access. This opens the door to flexible working, where you are not tied to a specific location.

Invite others

In this virtual office, it is possible to invite guests through a unique link that you share with them. When guests click on the link, they are directed to the virtual environment, but instead of getting direct access to all the functions, they first enter a waiting room.

In this waiting area, guests have limited rights and cannot yet fully participate in the activities in the virtual office. This provides an opportunity to first identify and admit guests to the office in a controlled manner.

Once guests are admitted, they are given full access to the virtual spaces and can participate in meetings, have conversations with team members, or participate in other activities within the office.

This approach provides controlled and secure access to the virtual office, ensuring the privacy and security of participants while enabling efficient collaboration.
